One hour, three parts. The middle thirty minutes are the point of the whole thing.

The global STEM stage
Most students have never heard of IMO or IOI. We show them what exists: Pakistani students competing at the Olympics of mathematics and programming, and medalists recruited on scholarship by MIT and Oxford. The doors are open — if you know they are there.10–40
The STEM Mystery
An interactive puzzle-based activity built to surface raw problem-solving ability regardless of prior knowledge or school background. Students work in groups, argue, and attack a hard lateral-thinking problem. This is the part that finds the students the system is not looking for.40–60
A real problem, and the pathway
We work through a genuine IMO or IOI problem together — not to finish it, but to show how olympiad thinking actually moves. Then every student gets the concrete next step: how to register for POI, PMO, or NSTC, and how to join the WonderWhyPk community for resources and alerts.
What the school provides
A room, a projector or whiteboard, and 60 minutes.
Nothing else.
